The online Armed Forces Pensions Calculator is being updated from Summer 2019
It will have the facility for Service Personnel to enter period(s) of Flexible Service – dates, type of Flexible Service, whether Part Time Work or Restricted Separation, etc – so that they may obtain a revised pension forecast that takes Flexible Service into account.
The cohorts of Service Personnel that are currently not covered by the Armed Forces Pensions Calculator will still not be covered following the update for Flexible Service.
Until Summer 2019, Service Personnel may submit Armed Forces Pension Form 12 to obtain a manually generated Pension forecast showing the effects on their pension of a variety of hypothetical Flexible Service arrangements. The Pension Form 12 is available at the following link:
