Whirlpool UK have taken action to keep the business running and therefore the following operational plans come into force with immediate effect.
– All connection services will not be completed until further notice
– 7 day delivery will reduce to 5 days, Monday to Friday
– Next day delivery will still be available but the order cut off time will be at 12:00
– If a customer is in self-isolation, they should book a delivery date for after the isolation period, alternatively the appliance will be delivered to the door of the property.
Any orders which have connection selected will be refunded or the customer will be given the option to postpone their order to a future date when the service is available.
These measures have been put in place in line with the Government’s guidelines and to ensure the safety of our consumers and employees. We will continue to do our best to support and deliver essential appliances to our consumers
