”In view of the recent government announcements around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis we are now implementing our Business Continuity Plan procedures and thought we should share this with you.
As you will appreciate, these are unprecedented times for all of us and with immediate effect some of our staff will be working from home, this is likely to increase as we move forward. Many of the insurance companies we deal with are also operating similar working models. We feel our own systems are very robust however it is likely that service levels from other organisations may become slow. We will be impacted although we will do all we can to prevent this.
Whilst some response times may be slightly slower, everything will be dealt with as soon as possible and we will stay connected with our clients via telephone and email communication. Please continue to contact us by telephone or email but we would ask you not to visit our offices at this time.
