This year, the Ministry of Defence are running their own Pension Awareness Week campaign, to provide you with simple, clear, and concise guidance about your Armed Forces Pension. The week has been organised to provide the opportunity for interactive advice through an ‘Ask Me Anything’ session, which will be live from 13th September.
On Tuesday 14th and Thursday 16th there will be two MoD/FPS Live@Lunch sessions where the FPS pension team will talk about ‘APFS15’ and ‘Retirement Planning’.
MoD will also be pinpointing existing videos and guidance, alongside publishing new, simple factsheets on the most complicated and frequently asked areas of an Armed Forced Pension.
