FPS Roadshow Manager Rob Morris updates us on last week’s programme, and gives us the details for up and coming events before he takes some well deserved leave.
This Week
A total of 414 service personnel were reached last week during eight in-person briefs and two webinars. The week started on Monday in Middle Wallop with three briefs followed by two in Devonport on Tuesday, one in Kineton Station on Wednesday and two to Joint Hospital Group South in HMS Excellent on Thursday. The Pensions Team also delivered a FAR via webinar on Thursday and the week concluded with a webinar to 32 Regt RA on Friday
Next Two Weeks
As we hit August and either trickle or block leave season for military units, inevitably the number of requests for Roadshows is much lower and I will be on leave. However, on Thursday our Senior Pension Consultant will deliver a bespoke brief to the Army Late Entry Officers Course at RMAS and on 10 August a FAR will be delivered for Service Leavers via Webinar.
