Since the Government has already accepted that the Court of Appeal’s ruling in December 2018 will read across to the rest of the public sector, this employment tribunal declaration will now be assessed by the MOD as it determines its applicability to members of the Armed Forces Pension Scheme
While the MOD determines its policy position we will continue to represent your interests in our engagements with them. Until more detail is available it is unhelpful to speculate, especially regarding potential outcomes and who may be ‘winners and ‘losers’.
