The Forces Pension Society prides itself on its ability to respond to enquiries from its members. We try to do this thoroughly, clearly, and sympathetically to the circumstances of whoever we are dealing with.
Over the years the number of enquiries we have received from our members has been steadily increasing. This increase in enquiries has put unprecedented pressure on us and for the moment it will not be possible for us to answer enquiries as quickly as we have done in the past. We shall of course give all enquiries from our members the detailed attention they deserve, but sometimes it may be necessary to wait several weeks before a reply is issued – we shall keep our members regularly informed about how long they will have to wait.
Our members can help us to keep the waiting time to a minimum and to deal with their requests as efficiently as possible by looking at our guidance notes before they email with their questions.
