Mr M served for 11 years in the Royal Navy and didn’t give a thought to his pension entitlement until nearly 18 years after discharge.

He then contacted us via the Veterans’ Gateway to ask the question ‘What, if anything am I entitled to by way of pension?‘.  We sent him the appropriate forms and he has recently been advised that he is entitled to a pension of about £2,500 and a lump sum of about £7,500.  It may not be a fortune but it will make a difference!

Further more, because of what he found out, he has helped ‘a few lads at work who are also ex Navy’ – for us, that is a bonus!
