The Ministry of Defence have recently updated their AFPS guidance leaflets.
Each leaflet tells you everything you need to know about the Armed Forces Pension Schemes. In particular, they give guidance to the range of benefits available to you as a member of AFPS, to help provide financial security for you and your dependants up to retirement age and beyond.
They also provide information on other benefits you may receive on leaving the Armed Forces, and scenarios you may need to consider such as ill-health and re-joining the Armed Forces.
