There seems to be much confusion from veterans and serving personnel as to who is eligible for the McCloud Remedy.
To be clear…
You are only affected if you were in service both on or before 31 March 2012 and on or after 1 April 2015, including those with a qualifying break in service of less than 5 years.
Please also note, if you are affected, there’s nothing you need to do right now. The MoD will be in touch with you directly to explain next steps, and to inform how they will respond and deal with your individual circumstances.
