We are delighted to welcome Paul Stearns to our Board of Directors.
A former Brigadier in the Royal Marines, Paul served a long and distinguished military career and was Commander British Forces Iraq, prior to his Advanced Training, at the Royal College of Defence Studies.
He was a Senior Project Management Coach deployed to MOD’s DE&S Transformation Programme where he supported teams in both Fleet and Air Domains in the adoption of new ways of working and deployment of modern project controls tools and systems.
A highly versatile Executive Project Manager with a track record in successful delivery in major projects and programmes involving demanding stakeholder relationships and challenging constraints. Paul is currently providing leadership in the final stages of delivery for the Whitechapel Station Development as part of the Crossrail programme with Bechtel – where he has been responsible for de-risking and turning around performance.
Paul’s expertise in strategic planning and his leadership of complex, high-profile programmes will make an enormous contribution to our future strategic oversight and development and we are delighted to have him on board.
