FPS 75th Anniversary Event – A Note from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

For those members and invited guests attending our FPS75 event on board HMS Victory at Portsmouth Historic dockyard, please be aware that prior to entry you will be required to give track and trace information.

This is the message we have been asked to relay, and guests are also reminded to bring along their invitation card as this admits entry through the Victory Gate.

Our mission at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, including our Gosport sites, is to create a truly memorable visitor experience.

We place the utmost importance on the safety and wellbeing of our visitors and team members so because of this, and due to us being located next to a working Naval base, we operate a 100% bag search on arrival. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope you can understand.

We are requesting all those who visit check in using the QR code as part of NHS Test and Trace at entry and also at key points across our sites, please ensure that you have already downloaded the app before your arrival. DOWNLOAD THE APP
If you do not have access to the app, we are asking visitors to populate the digital form in advance by clicking below. This will save you time when you arrive on site.  There is an option to complete this form when you arrive however doing so can cause delays.     FILL OUT THE FORM
We have also introduced a range of new health and safety measures, including enhanced cleaning, sanitisation stations, one-way systems and social distancing markers that aim to reduce the risks associated with the presence of COVID-19.

More information about the NHS Test and Trace requirements and our responsibility can be found on the NHS Test and Trace website. It’s been all hands on deck, but we are ready to welcome you back for a safe and fun day out.
