How long after my exit date will it take for my pension and lump sum to hit my bank account?
We cannot give a specific time frame; however, you should receive any lump sums 30 working days after your exit date.
If there is any delay in receiving your first regular Income payments such as EDP or Pensions, it will be backdated accordingly.
You will also receive a letter from the Contractor who formally pays MoD pensions. That contractor is currently Equiniti Paymaster. That letter gives details of the date each month when your regular payments will be paid.
