Members’ Pension Forecast Audit Process

In our efforts to streamline the process for auditing Members’ pension forecasts, we have created a new web form which Members can access via the Members Area under ‘Submit a Question’

This new form will auto-populate your membership number and allow you to upload forecast documents, salary information and the other details that we require to carry out the audit. This means that we can capture all the information in one email, and will make the whole process much more straightforward.

The form is now live, and ready to use!

We also encourage Members to utilise the Members Area of our website if you have other pension questions you need answering, as we do have a selection of FAQs, and other reference material you may find helpful.
