On this Armed Forces Day, the Forces Pension Society stands proudly alongside the nation in honouring the courage, professionalism, and sacrifice of all who serve and have served in the Armed Forces.
Today we recognise not only the vital role our servicemen and women play in defending our security and values, but also the enduring commitment they make – often at great personal cost – to serve their country.
As an organisation dedicated to protecting the financial future of the Armed Forces community, we believe it is essential to acknowledge that service does not end when the uniform comes off. A fair, reliable Armed Forces pension is a fundamental part of the covenant between the nation and those who serve. It provides long-term security, dignity in retirement, and recognition of the unique demands and sacrifices of military life.
On this day of national gratitude, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that every member of the Armed Forces community receives the pensions and benefits they have earned, and to championing their rights now and for the future.
We thank all those who serve, those who have served, and their families – for your dedication, your resilience, and your sacrifice.
