FPS Roadshow Manager Rob Morris reports on a busy last week, and offers a look forward to this week.
Last Week
I delivered in person briefs to a variety of units across the country (Taunton, Pirbright, Leicester and Catterick) including training establishments – the permanent staff at ATC Pirbright and ITC Catterick; a Reserve Unit – the Royal Yeomanry (permanent staff); and three Units: 40 Cdo, 4 SCOTS and 32 Engr Regt. A cracking turn out (150+) from the latter with so many young in service attending which was great to see.
In addition, members of the Pension Team stepped in to help with the LEOC brief on Wednesday afternoon, and the RAOs course webinar brief on Thursday.
This Week – Our May Marathon’ draws to a close with:
Mon 30 May – 3 briefs to Defence Medical Services including two in person at Lichfield: a 05/15 and 75/15, followed by a 75/05/15 webinar at 1700;
Tue 31 May – 4 briefs (2x 05/15 & 2x 75/15) across the day at Andover for Army HQ, HQ Fd Army and all others in both Blenheim and Ramillies Buildings.
It pays to understand your pension!
Rob Morris, Roadshow Manager
