In his capacity as Honorary Regimental Colonel 1st Regiment Royal Horse Artillery (1 RHA), our Chief Executive had the great honour of presenting Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and Long Service and Good Conduct Medals to members of 1 RHA at a parade at Larkhill on Saturday 11th June.
Neil is a former battery commander and commanding officer of 1 RHA and has been their Honorary Colonel since 2017.
The parade was followed by a very successful Regimental Families Day with a strong theme of service to the Nation running throughout the day.
