We are currently in the process of improving our IT services. As a result, there will be a temporary but necessary, downtime to our email, phone and website services this week, while the system is migrated to a new server.
The dates, times and details are:
Wednesday 5 July – Pension enquiry line down all day. Membership line open 10:00 – 13:00
Friday 7 – Monday 10 July: System down completely from 12:00 Friday lunchtime until 09:00 Monday morning. This includes phones, emails, and our website. We would therefore ask Members not submit anything to the team during this time.
