Veterans UK has recently updated all of their manual pension forms
Useful to know for anyone wishing to complete pension related paperwork over the Christmas period (well you never know!) and does not have access to JPA.

And it’s also worth noting that there are a handful of new forms:-
- AFPS 16 – Pension opt out/opt in form
- AFPS 17 – Scheme pays notification of final decision form
- AFPS18 – Former spouse pension credit forecast
Please note that in all cases you must post in the completed forms, Veterans UK will not accept emailed forms.
