Yesterday (25 Feb ’21) we delivered a full day of webinars at Northwood HQ.
Our outreach and educational programme helps better prepare the Armed Forces community on all pension matters, and it’s important to us that everyone gets the opportunity to take advantage of these sessions.
To do that sometimes we have to flex to the needs of those HQs and other serving military organisations who cannot all be at the same place at the same time to listen to a presentation.
So, yesterday we delivered 5 webinars to all ranks from 10:00 until 9:00pm. We covered AFPS 05/15, AFPS 75/15, AFPS 75/05/15, and Pension Tax.
More than 200 personnel tuned in, and we received really positive feedback from the HQ.
Thank you for the five sessions yesterday – we imagine you were all quite tired by 9pm! But we think it was worthwhile offering the range of timings and we very much appreciate your help with that. We have heard some very positive feedback this morning from a range of ranks and would very much agree with you that we do something either by webinar or hopefully in person again soon. Please pass on our thanks to all of your colleagues and like you we were delighted with the turnout!
