Today, 13 July, the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak announced a 5% pay award for the Armed Forces, plus a one-off “consolidated payment” of £1,000.
Government have accepted the recommendations of the Pay Review Bodies in full, and the award will be backdated to 1st April. We expect the online calculator to be updated to reflect the new rates of pay once they have been formally confirmed.
