The UK benefits system has undergone a huge change with the introduction of Universal Credit. And research is being undertaken to understand how Service Leavers/veterans are experiencing navigating this transformed system. The research is part of a bigger project called Sanctions, Support and Service Leavers.
Forces in Mind Trust is the charity funding the research which is being undertaken by independent researchers from the University of Salford, The the University of Central Lancashire and the University of York.
The research team would like to speak to UK Armed Forces Service Leavers/Veterans (or full-time reservists) who are living in England and are currently in receipt of Universal Credit.
