Thank you to those who joined our brief, we hope it offered some clarity to what is a complex subject, and it left you better informed.
We would like to add at this point that we are often asked why our presentations are not recorded. We do understand that many Veterans would be keen to see a recording, but we must recognise that over time policies and circumstances can change, and therefore future viewing of old recordings could potentially lead to making financial decisions based on outdated information.
We have however provided you with this follow-up item with some useful links, forms and guidance which we talked about in the presentation. We cover how to keep an eye on your pension entitlement, know who to speak to and when, outline how and when to apply for your pension, and other pension topics you might find useful.
